Check&Get is a Windows Explorer-like bookmark manager which allows you to easily organize, catalog, and manage an unlimited number of your favorite bookmarks, imported from Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator. Check&Get lets you check your favorite Internet sites automatically, and detect if their content has changed or has become unavailable. It notifies you via a popup message, by playing a sound file, or by sending you an e-mail message when such a change is discovered.
Check&Get includes an embedded HTML preview pane, which enables you to easily navigate through your favorite Internet pages and to find necessary information without loading your browser. The program features a hierarchical tree-type system of folders, and an ability to filter out your bookmarks automatically according to your defined criteria. In addition, it supports both LAN and dial-up Internet connections, and includes drag-and-drop capability. The program can run as a convenient icon in the System Tray area of the Windows taskbar.
